Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, is required for all returns.

1. Contact Us: Email us at mail@paperhood.in with your order details and reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
2. Prepare Your Package: Securely package the items you are returning, including all original packaging and accessories. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.
3. Shipping Your Return: Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package arrives safely. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Processing Your Return: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at mail@paperhood.in with details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you. For exchanges of undamaged items, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired items.
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at mail@paperhood.in.
